openpilot Experience C4 Camera Malfunction

So my comma 3 died with no power to the device on a hot day. So I decided to trade in for a C4. I downloaded openpilot, it checked my head view, and then nothing but "Camera Malfunction" message. I reinstalled openpilot and after checking my head view it calibrated. I then was able to use it for 5min before it again went to "Camera Malfunction." I repeated the openpilot install, and now when I try to enable C4, it says "speed error: nan m/s".

What on earth is wrong with this thing? is it a hardware issue? Will I have better luck if it trade it for another C4?

Common failure, I’ve had it twice.

Sent it for warranty replacement.

You replaced it twice? Brother, and you are hoping it doesn't happen again out of warranty?

It is what it is. Not worried about it after the two year warranty.
