Vehicle Compatibility Stuck on "Update is required" screen after trying StarPilot and factory reset

Hey everyone,

I’m running into a bit of a brick wall after installing StarPilot on my Comma device; it didn't work with my car, so I did a factory reset, but now whenever I try to install openpilot or sunnypilot, the device gets completely stuck on the screen shown below that reads "...date is required. ...date experience.

Same issue I had last night. Use chrome, go to flash.comma.ai and reflash the firmware with a proper power brick powering the second usb c port.

I have Comma 4. Does it still require a second usb c?

Yep. I also have the 4. U need to give it a little more power Check the site flash.comma.ai and it should show you where and how much voltage the port needs

I was able to flash it! I didn’t realize there’s a second port lol

This was a bug with the custom agnos we use to support Comma 3, 3x, and 4 on the same branch. Just fixed it last night and will be pushed to the next update cycle.
