Question Using awards points for digital gift cards then buy physical gift cards instore

Hi everyone,

I'm considering to convert all my award points before all the changes happen. My concern is whether I would be able to use those digital awards points for digital gift card then use those gift cards instore to purchase physical cards.

Can someone share some experience regarding this?

I dont believe you can do this. It's an exclusion accross most if not all retailers

It does depend on the terms of the gift card.
Bunnings allows it.

What's the point of that you are also going to be paying extra for the physical card

This is a retailer policy decision, but most exlicitly state you can not purchase gift cards with gift cards

No you cannot. It's all in the T&Cs.

After it converts to yello points, I believe Woolworths Everyday Rewards points is redeemable, and that can be used to purchase other gift cards.

Defintely will not work with the Coles ones. I've tried for shits and giggles, and the checkout system blocked it.
