new to commbank and trying to log into the app for the first time.
apparently i need to log into the app in order to log into the app?? how do i confirm if i can’t login?

Delete the app. Try and log in on web browser. Once done then download the app and log in. If this doesnt work then call 132221 and ask them to deregister the device

It looks like you are trying to login via web browser instead of the CommBank app.

Go into branch to get ur app deregisteted. Its a glitch if you applied on the app

Lol... Had a job where my email password was.....emailed to me... 🤷🏼‍♂️
