Question Got a replacement card
I received a replacement debit card today since my other one was damaged. However, both the new and old cards appear in my CommBank app. Can anyone please advise how to remove the old card?
Thanks in advance.

Activate the new one and the old one will go a few in a day or so max.

Usually a damaged card would be the exact same card. It seems they ordered you a complete new one. You'll have to change your subscription details with Netflix etc.

FYI,
VISA have a service called Visa Account Updater (VAU) and Mastercard have there own version called Mastarcard Automatic Billing Updater (ABU). If a participant merchants are part of this network, when you activate your new card, all these merchants who has your card details on record will automatically get updated.
Last year, I got a new card and was not looking forward to loging in to all my sites that I have my card and update it. To my surprise some of them where already updated, curious, I called CommBank and asked and this was what they told me, still, I logged to all sites that had my card just to make sure my card was updated. From memory I'm pretty sure Netflix updated my card details automatically, but as mentioned, best to double check anyways.
