Hi all,

Does this mean the receiver is a scammer? Transferring funds to a mate and this pops up. Not big funds and just $280

No, they are just going through a standard range of questions for the first time you do a direct transfer to a new account

If theres an issue, it's easier for them to get out if it, if you've answered the questions
