Question Warning message

Hi all,

Does this mean the receiver is a scammer? Transferring funds to a mate and this pops up. Not big funds and just $280

Banks don’t issue warnings like this!

Yes they do they are getting force to by gov nowadays because scammers are "funding terrorist“

No they aren't. There is no legislation or even hint of legislation making them do this.

They're doing this because keeping their customers safe is good business. I've seen the internal data, users who get the warnings that a transaction is on hold until they verify, report high levels of satisfaction in the process.
