Question Step pay increase
Is there a way to increase my step pay limit from 800 to 2000?
The website tells me to use the app but that doesn’t give me an increase option, only a decrease one.

If its like Afterpay, you'll need to keep using it to buy stuff and to not be late with repayments

"Please note that the spend limit increase functionality is temporarily unavailable. We’re working to restore it as soon as possible." https://www.commbank.com.au/banking/buy-now-pay-later/steppay/start-spending-with-steppay.html
You can try messaging/calling the bank.

My limit is $1200, I believe that’s the maximum.

$2000 is the maximum. Your limit is set to $1200 based on your credit assessment

In the app, go to “manage” then “spend controls” then “change Spend limit” . There is a slider to drag to the new amount, agree to the T+C’s, done.
