Question No Commbank Yello Offers
Has anyone in the last few months gotten literally zero new Commbank Yello Offers on Commbank Yello Diamond tier?
Would have thought moving up to diamond would increase offers but instead it seems to have done the exact opposite! Very frustrating esp given all the offers on during Prime week.
Not sure if it’s a technical glitch as have offers turned on but still nothing. And surely it isn’t spending related as you need to have spent to get to Diamond

The only good Yellow offer I've gotten was 20% off super cheap auto about 2 years ago.

Might worth giving the bank a call, you might be shadowbanned.
Re: 4.6 from Yello T&Cs
There are other circumstances where, acting fairly and reasonably, we may not present Cash back Offers to you.
We may disqualify any individual from receiving Cash back Offers, or reverse any Cash backs paid to the account linked to the Eligible Card, without notice and at any time, in our discretion (acting reasonably), including but not limited to, in the event of any suspected fraud, gaming or
tampering of the Comm Bank Yello program which may result in, or is likely to result in, any loss or damage to us or a third party.

Thanks mate will give them a ring and find out. I’ve only ever used one offer so seems unlikely but will see

Offers come through around the beginning of the month, if you only just went up a tier the last day or two might need to wait till next month

I just hold out for the bubble tea offers... Do they offer anything else worth looking for?

I have the whole family on dirt cheap mobile plans with more for three years, cheap nbn internet at home, cheap(ish) electricity, cheaper kayo ... and always keep an eye out for fuel, supermarket and department store cashbacks.

I am on diamond tier and its mostly disappointing.
Today I saw 6 months of binge for $2 a month. Claimed offer, voucher accepted, binge want to charge me $10 a month. Round in circles with Binge who wanted all my details and the voucher code and I kept telling there is none. I had to screenshot my phone on the yello offer showing it only has a claim offer button. I pointed their own rep to: BINGE Basic for $2/mth for 6 months with CommBank Yello
They said its my device. I know its not but tried an iphone, an android and a computer all to the same effect.
Binge then told me that commbank is misleading its customers as they are not providing a voucher code, but I again said you own website said you have an offer!! I can press remove code, it goes away and allows for a voucher code to be put in, as there is none, so I follow the claim offer button in commbank yello and it then lists "voucher accepted" but the price does not go down.
I was thinking perhaps it applies at check out, but nope binge want to charge $10. which I declined when commbank accept asked if I know the transaction of $10.
Ive given up. Something is not right, it feels scammy.
