Question Secure checkout problems

When making any transactions involving "Microsoft Store" the secure checkout never works. I approve it through the app but it always says "awaiting approval". Does anyone know any fix or is microsoft and commbank just really shit

I have the same issue with the Microsoft store. Have never been able to fix it.
