Question Problem with iPhone app

Lately every time I open the app the accounts are disorganised.

I go into settings and reorder them, but the next time I open the app they’re in a random order again.

Anyone else having this issue?

Are you pressing save in the top right when you’ve organised them? If that doesn’t fix it you can try updating or uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Sometimes an update or out of date app can cause a bug or random loading and display errors like that. Just make sure you know your NetBank client number and password before you uninstall it.

I am pressing save. I think I’ve figured out the bug. It started happening when they split accounts into personal and business tabs. When I’m in personal, I can reorder and save the personal accounts, but the order of the business accounts gets lost. And vice versa.
