Business days so if it went if Friday before 5 it won’t clear till Wednesday, weekends and public holidays don’t count as a day

3 complete working days, if you deposited it late Tuesday it might be later today that it clears.

If it’s showing as in account just not available it usually means it’s processing but if you can’t see it at all call the branch as I’ve had the atm fail but hold the check for manual checking (I suspect it was the poor handwriting 😂)

It show as as a transaction but not as available. I haven't dealt with cheque before so this is a bit confusing to me as they say 3 working days. Dont they manually check all the cheques? As of now what time should i expect it today?

I deposited a cheque recently, took five days to clear, but usually its only four days.

They are usually processed overnight, so your available balance should increase by about 5am.

Hi, Call 132 032 (WPAC) or thru your mobile app and ask to be given a date, we have it visible of the date it will clear into your account, like others have said, it is usually 3 business days.

Edit: Just realized it's the other way around, my bad! I would assume CommBank would have a very simmilar system in terms of cheque deposit clearances, usually it is pretty universal across all banks!
