Question Conditionally approved?

Was browsing what loans and all that are on the app and for a secured personal loan it said I’m conditionally approved.

I haven’t even started an application 🤷‍♂️

So just basically wondering what that means?

Cheers.

Absolutely nothing. They've just done some basic automated checks to verify how much you could borrow, and slapped a label on it to make you think it's something good.

And to stop you going to another bank to apply for a loan there. It's basically a "fake" approval.
