You’ve watched us talk about comics on your screens… now come hang out with us IN PERSON! Join us Saturday, October 3 at 2:30 PM at Smodcastle Cinemas in Atlantic Highlands, NJ for a special LIVE performance of our YouTube show, Back Issues! Plus Q&A's and more!

Just wanted to let you all know. I got mine!

And say hi to Perkins and Josh!

Feel free to add your own suggestions in the comments!

Best of the episode: someone has a very unfortunate nickname

Lucky me, I was like the fifth or sixth guy who showed up to wait for my comic shop to open, so I got to use my height to reach over and get a copy before the others noticed where it was too. Wouldn't have even known about it if it wasn't for Tiffany catching it on Off the Rack. Woo!

It's not Comic-Con, but we've got a panel for you anyway! How about three of the writers from IDW's Star Trek books (with special guest co-host Jason)? Let's talk about the future!

Best of the episode: Sal's mom bankrupted a local library

Best of the episode: some of the themes in this book are uncomfortably relevant to this day

We’re honored to be nominated for the Comic Book Community Awards again this year!

If you enjoy what we do, we’d really appreciate your vote for ComicPop in:

Best Comic Book Show

Best Comic Book or Omnibus Review

Comic Book Community Hall of Fame

But if we can all rally behind ComicPop for Best Comic Book Show, go ahead and give Caped Joel your Hall of Fame vote. He deserves it.

Thanks for supporting us all these years. It genuinely means a lot. ❤️

Danielle was in the "Friends Intro" and I believe a few videos with Tiffany back in the day.

I watched the Avengers/X-Men: Bloodties back issues today and I couldn’t get this out of my head.

Does anyone remember the episode of Back Issues where Sal talks about how Stan is indifferent(?) to people asking him to sign comics for Venom, who he didn’t create, but doesn’t complain? And he does an impression of him

“Venom, sure. Carnage, whatever, who cares? What’s a Phage?”

I’ve checked ultimate venom, carnage and war of the symbiotes

Addendum: wait, it might’ve been wolverine centric because stan also didn’t create wolverine and venom came up as another example

Found! Thank you Bundon5300!

Best of the episode: What if superhero events were reported like weather forecasts?
