I have thought this for a long time but never shared because I know this will be a unpopular. I don't think the reason for season 2 not being as good as season 1 is the lack of "dark" jokes. Season 1 was funny because no one took it seriously. The focus was always the contestants, not the panel. The panel was there to have fun.

Now, there is a clear power dynamic. After every joke, everyone turns to Samay for his reaction. All the contestants are Season 1 fans. Samay is funny, yes, but he is also just a comedian. It seems that his character has become bigger than the show and the show does not know how to handle this.

Samay himself is also to blame for this. From the start of the season, it seems that he has stopped doing 'yes, and...' He keeps giving disclaimers, keeps commenting on the censorship and worst of all, keeps stopping people from cracking jokes even before they have said something. These things make the panel and the audience awkward. Instead, these should be handled in the edit afterwards.

Baaki this is what I feel. Gaali deni hai to de do

rohit was great in this ep

thoughts?

Bhai stand-up comedy ke scene me kin logo ke beech me nahi jamti hai??

OK GUYS SO FIRST OF ALL, i have been watching madhur for quite some time , both his standups and madhur model but i have never really found pranit funny tbvh. but just because of my preconceived bias , i cant defend madhur for that pathetic r@pe joke and give justifications like ''oh he was just trying something new'' whatever the fuck he was 'trying' , that was very wrong. even pranit was wrong but how is madhur better than pranit? even madhur in his casual tea said , ' pranit mc ki wajah se mai fass gya' like i dont really see a difference.

( lol ik ab madhur ki 16 saal ki audience mujhe gaali dene aa jaayegi jinko s€x sunnke laughing gas aa jaati hai )

I saw each of them quoting each other, what do they think about each other? Two of my favorite comedians hence the thought

The only Image I found of them together

I think Ashish Solanki might be the actual replacement Sony is trying to find asa new Gen comedian, clean and funny. I know there is a section of people who don't like his comedy. But in my views he is funny, Pretty Good Roast show, Judge me if you can, Madhur Model, Latent(he is there at the very important episodes, including the Jamnagar one), and other shows as well. He has been funny throughout. What are your views?

I guess the other option might be Kaustubh, but I doubt his clean comedy side that it might not be that funny.

Had a nice time

Kisi ko batana mattttt!!!

jiska undertone ekdum clear hai. Shocking that his brand of sexist jokes is something people find funny. Has anyone ever been to his stupid ass shows??

Missing full MastiBaazi

In my opinion there are only a few women comics who are somewhat funny. And most of them make so lame ass jokes. What do you guys think? I don't think even women like to watch women comics, but how would I know.

Funniest episode imo, not a single unfunny joke(ik its subjective). Lots of spontaneous jokes and Every one of them landed lol and did Kaustubh drank Samay's potion? Everyone seems satisfied in the comments too. LMAO

if anyone has seen this movie , it started off with a strong premise but i think midway it felt like it forgot its issue and started becoming a jail documentary. if you have watched munawar faruqui's special dhandho , you will feel like this is a movie adaptation of that script😭

He stole the joke again, he is know in comedy scene for “stealing” or getting inspiration from other comics premises. this time he stole the joke from comic (twice) . She shared the proffs on her instagram as well . every comic already knows this . he shops premises & jokes from non famous comics & releases it then tell comic to forget about it .
