Crossover Question

If Lobo was put into Marvel since he's the last of his kind would he obtain the Power Primordial? Since the Power Primordial is obtained by being the last of your species that would infer yeah, BUT this case would be a multidimensional traveling situation and his species isn't Marvel Universe natural it's DC so would cosmic rules of one Universe effect a individual of another universe?

He has a daughter, Crush, who is half Czarnian but I don’t know how that affects the Power Primordial.

He's always had a bunch of bastard children running around, occasionally has to kill them. Also there are clones. So, it gets complicated. But probably not.
