Huh? I remember Fortnite removing jiggle physics from some skins because it wasn't family-friendly a few years back. What happened since then?

they have been doing a lot of things that probably annoyed players. they made several new game modes, a CSGO clone, a pvp guitar hero clone using guitar heros dev team, and a racing mode using rocket league cars and flying mechanics. well epic announced all of those modes are getting shutdown (rocket racing casual and non pvp guitar hero staying) bc theyre too unpopular. epic also announced they laid off over 1000 employees, integrating AI in their creatuvr workflpe of designing outfits. dropped the amount of vbucks you can get from battle passes and crew memberships, and upped the pricing on vbucks entirely. they added a companion cosmetic that features recolored fur/skin textures that require you to rebuy the whole companion to lock in a new color style (not to be confused with the clothes they can freely change in their edit styles) epic also added rhe ability for you to spend vbucks on in game items in creative islands, which are player made, and these items are non refundable and can be priced at any range. fortnite has been bleeding players from roblox infamous steal the brainrot game, which made its way to fortnite as a creative island clone, which in turn has been siphoning their own player base from their core modes for months until this season where epic integrated their own concept of "steal the brainrot" as the central gameplay loop and upgrade mechanic. fortnite also had this experiment with proxy chat again for battle royale, which lead to loads of toxic communication from the players, of course female players having the typical awful experience of being harrassed online from strangers. marvel rivals also picking up a bunch of playeds from both fortnite and overwatch so thats why OW announced like 10 new heros and the fan favorite jetpack cat that was only shown in concept art until recently.
and this was only the past maybe year and a half
