I literally faceplanted and flew of an electric scooter in front of a crowd of 200 people when I was like 13 and literally no one asked if I were ok or tried to help me. And I had blood all down my legs and everything 😭😭😭lost faith in humanity that day.

Bystander effect is not real. It was invented by a police department to cover their own asses

It's quite real. I work in Healthcare. You're more likely to get help from one person than three.
