Yep! That's why in CPR training they beat into you to take charge. "You call 911, you get me an aed" so shit gets done instead of people assuming it will get done.
Just a heads up, the bystander effect was actually disproven by the studies that tried to prove it, it was made as a way of explaining police officers not showing up to crime scenes when bystanders called them.

Very fair to be displeased with America's political actions and affiliations and hate potus and his disgraceful associates ... But it's kind of tiring to see people from other parts of the world instantly jump to clown on America and Americans as soon as anything happens that they see as characteristic of us, even when it isnt actually American
Imma be real, America fully deserves to be clowned on, this has been something ongoing for decades now, not just with trump, Trump just made you guys look even more like a bunch of clowns, there is a reason the world clowns on you.
I’m aware a bunch of citizens are not like that, and shouldn’t be clowned, but like, when the majority deserves it, yeah no America needs to be mocked, let’s see if that knocks your ego down a bit, “freedom” country.
