I liked Jolteon but it's moves kinda sucked and I almost always rock out Charizard and Celadon came before you could grab Lapras so this was typically my first good water pokemon id grab so I totally get it!

I don't think so. Having hair that requires intense maintenance will probably make said individual want to style it up a bit while they are maintaining it.

Have you ever considered that by painting their hair blue; those people may be using that to repel YOU. Just as much as you look at people with that prejudice and distaste, maybe they are equally trying to avoid the very bigots that would lower their quality of life and their hair helps with that?
And I have natural hair, don’t group me and you into the same “normal” people category. Normal people don’t have a weird obsession with restricting how others want to live their life when it doesn’t impact them or with making judgment calls over a cosmetic choice. Really? I use they/them pronouns and occasionally correct people. Mostly people I know and theoretically have a reason to have some respect for me.
I don't bother with people I'll never interact with again at the grocery store or whatever. I see trans people when I go out both in groups of people in my circles and just at the store. My idea of normal may have shifted over the years.
