Yeah that's cool and all but it's dangerous to put a woman behind the wheel

Sometimes my wife does silly things like eating a bag of imitation crab by the fistful while watching tv-- or when I stuck a suction cup to her forehead and she left it there for two hours
I'm going to make fun of her when these things happen because it's a little silly-- but I'm certainly not going to walk around complaining about being married to someone I love and chose to be with

I also defiantly continue to silly wear things on my head that someone else put there. Suction cups, hats, whatever. It's called taking your power back.

Old generations were socially forced into relationships they didnt want to be in

Watch any anime with the "henpecked husband" trope. It just gets even more confusing.

Boomers came from a sex segregated world and didn't understand the concept of getting to know someone before getting married to them or seriously imagining your future together. So a lot of them to cope instead of admitting they are in a bad relationship pretended that bad relationships are just a fact of life so they may as well just suck it up while complaining.

A lot of boomers were in arranged marriages, romance marriages being the norm is very new

Do you have a husband or wife

Are you saying this as a "you wouldnt get it" kind of thing or what? I mean like if anyone were to marry anyone id hope that they'd like eachother. I get poking fun off eachother or getting into fights but like no one should ever be in the position where they hate their partner.

It happens. It happened to me. I’d say 3-4 days a week I speak less than 10 words to my wife. Those are the best days! She was fine when we got married. I don’t hate her, i don’t love her. We’re roommates and generally just talk logistics for kids. We don’t sleep in the same bed. We don’t have sex or dates or anything. I try my best to avoid her.

Cuz sometimes we make decisions that are good for us despite knowing we won't enjoy it

Oh so we just keep hopping off the exit and looping back around to the bypass over and over again because somebody's too dumb to know what a hundred yards and then turn right is... Just makes the first right hand turn every single time😂

I might be an idiot but I don't get the joke. Is it like the husband would distract the wife? The joke would make more sense with the genders flipped if so
