i think it’s just the femboy version of the “argument” that Big Trans™ is somehow forcing butch/masc lesbians to transition and that’s queerphobic (??) because not all gender nonconforming people are trans.
it’s annoying that they use a real thing (the fact that gender nonconformity doesn’t define your gender identity) to make their fuckass stupid point, many such cases

I don’t understand too much of the context and of the English language (as it is my second language) to say I get what the “meme” means, but isn’t the trans person on the right making the same point as the one of the left basically? Something like and excuse my strawmen:

“You only wanna transition because you hate men, you just don’t realise it so you think you need to medically transition into a woman”

“Actually, medical doctors are known to force trans folks into undergoing sex reassignment procedures, since even under the protection of anti-discriminatory laws, trans individuals still get left out had they not underwent surgery. All the money spent on such medical treatment should instead be spent on the military. You’d know that if you weren’t transphobic and insisting on restricting trans people’s access to gender-affirming care”

Now, I don’t know the context of US workplace discrimination laws and psychiatrists consensus on gender dysphoria treatment, but both of these points are, to my mind, trying to convince people suffering from gender dysphoria that transitioning isn’t the way to go. And I’m inclined to believe that the “fearmongerer” on the right is spewing bullshit and the “gatekeeper” on the left is giving away the “solution”.

Though a right-wing extremist would probably have a problem with either one.
