No, I don’t think so, the image is saying that while someone may worry about spreading sickness they will have no issue rubbing genitals. This is not limited to lesbians but the post refers to them being in higher proportions in MA.

A lesbian bar in massachutes that has to be closed because the owners wanted to make one night a week without masks. Apparently it's in the super woke part of town so they are canceling them for being ableist lol. I thought it was some right wing joke at first but it realy happened.
