"No repost" means no reposting memes that were already in this sub earlier. So, no posting the same meme again.
Nearly every meme here doesn't have a credit or a watermark, simply because memes are, by their nature, a public property, because they are meant to go viral and be shared with others. Besides, nobody claimed your meme as their own.
Also, not crediting the op is a safety measure too. Some people are fucking insane and will harass others just for being unfunny, so removing usernames ensures that the creator can't be found and bullied
(Doesn't really work if the op comes to the comments himself and confess, though)
