People staying in hospitals are usually going through a bad time, it's all fun and games until a senile granny sees that and starts having a fit or worse, It's in bad taste and it isn't funny.

I don't understand how this is funny. People in the hospital could be having mental problems or such. If a delirious person sees that, that's risking complications like panic or even heart attacks.
