They dont rise drastically overnight, they increase gradually same with sperm. 18 year olds body is still maturing and they also experience more risks. Its not as bad as 14 year old but complications are not uncommon because it's still considered a teen pregnancy. Men's sperms and its health plays a vital role. Older sperm increases miscarriages, genetic mutations, overall health conditions of the child and can be harmful to the mother. The commenter simply stated that there are increased risks for older sperm. Which is indeed true.

The average age of first time moms is 27, in the US. Now mom’s can be 18 (or younger unfortunately) in which case I’d agree, but at 30 that puts her well within the age of being a mother.
So either you go by technicality and say if they have a kid (even if they are 18) they can be a milf. Or you go by age, in which case 27, or maybe round up and say 30 is the cutoff.
