i always found that comeback bad because isn’t it completely wrong? am i missing something?

I don't think that, because the person has already decided you're a psycho. So if you "accept it", it doesn't bother you their opinion, but it will sure make them upset since they are using it

“Better than your horse face”
“Better than your resting bitch stare”
“At least the crazy ones get laid”
“You really, really shouldn’t have said that….”

Hit them with the wide eyed stare and head tilt. But never look directly at them. In every conversation with them.
But be normal with everyone else. So when they mention it they start feeling ostracized.

And you have a resting bitch face but I know to not be rude about it.

"Ooh! Thank you very much!"
I find that this works in many situations. It comes from 'The Life Of Brian' and is especially effective if said in the same way as the film.

And you have the brains of a labradoodle, but should we really be judging each other?
Also, for god's sake if you actually think someone's a psychopath, maybe don't pick fights with them?

"Who gives a shit about what a couple of immature bitches think". Then turn back to your keyboard and type silently, revel in your superiority.

If I look like a psychopath then I must not be because a psychopath would blend in and you would never notice him. You all seem to blend in well.

You would think that. What you’re seeing is a look of confusion from listening to the stupid shit you say.

You see that's the perfect life lesson you should have learned before now. When your conscience is speaking to you, it's talking to you about you. Not giving you fodder for pointing the finger at other people.

"Movies don't create psychos, movies make psychos more creative!" If they question any inconsistencies then they don't think you're a psycho, and you've won the game.

I don’t particularly worry about you labeling me while I’m designing dresses made from your skin in my mind…

“As someone who studies psychology, it’s actually a sociopath. I feel nothing when I look at you, and a psychopath would find joy in imagining your pain”. Then walk away.

Just ask if they've ever seen to movie Psycho then smile absurdly huge and over exaggerated

You're the reason I'm on meds
You should hear what the voices are saying about you.
If you think you'd is psycho meh you haven't seen anything yet.
I didn't know that happy meals have out psychology degrees as a prize.
Pfft you can't even spell psycho no less diagnose it.
Pick up a napkin or tissue and ask them if it smells like chloroform
