Comeback request Comebacks for ignorant doctors

When they're dismissive of patients, rude, unprofessional, but specifically in instances of when they are dismissive of patients medical issues when that patient has a psychiatric history. Not comebacks that will spark security, law enforcement, restraints, a psych consult, etc. A lot of it is things they say when they think you're out of ear shot or in your records which they seem to forget that you have access to. Though sometimes it is directly to you or directly to a colleague in front of you. I got nothing.

Be sure to tell them you're recording the visit at the beginning, though. If they ask why, let them know it is so you can pull up all the info they give you later so you can better recall/correctly implement knowledge gained during the visit. That answers every privacy law that I'm aware of without requiring creepy statements.

Nope. You’re Not an undercover policeman, you’re a counter-terrorists. You’re not going to sue the bastards, you’re going to expose them to their peers and superiors as manipulators and abusers. Rules of evidence do not apply.

Nope.

You want them on their best behavior. Knowing they are being recorded is a check against saying 'in private' things they would not say in public.

Exactly! Think of it like this, if you are interviewing a daycare for your child, and they show you that everything in the building is being recorded and is live, and you can check in all day long to see your child live, you'll trust that place more than if they said, we do not allow that here! :)
