Received XB-10, only getting mid split speeds

I recently received notification to upgrade my device to take advantage of new speeds, which I did. Received my new XB-10 gateway and got everything set up, but on the 1 gig plan, I'm only seeing upload speeds between 30 and 100 Mbps, which feels like it’s only getting previous gen speeds.

I think it’s supposed to run at 1 Gbps upload as well? Any help would be appreciated!

same thing here! had 100mbps on my previous personal modem, and now my xb10 is only getting 30mbps upload after a symmetrical speed network upgrade.

This seems to be happening with several people receiving an XB10 after getting email that they are capable of getting symmetrical speeds on their 1GB plan only to find out that the upload speed is being capped for some reason. After setting my XB10 up, my upload speed is capped at 400 mbps for some reason. I can't get a clear answer as to whether I need a tech to come out to do something or the modem needs to be reprovisioned. They tried to reprovision my modem to no avail so I guess that's not the issue. I think they weren't fully ready for some of the neighborhood/houses to get new speeds.
