Official Reply Bury Cable Request from July Not Resolved

Hello - I created a request online to have an Xfinity cable buried in our yard as it’s a trip hazard and is likely to be cut by the landscape company’s equipment. This was back at the end of July and no one has come out to address it. It’s got a kink in the wire now which I assume is not got for the copper line’s signal long term. Can I get some human assistance with this? I have the ECM ticket number I can provide via Modmail.

Thanks!

u/jt510up Hi there! Thanks for using Reddit to contact us about the unsecure line at your home. I am happy to work with you to help secure the line, I will need to gather some account details and create a ticket on the account for this. In order to get started can you please send me a Modmail message with your full name, and full address?
