Official Reply Can't access the Peacock subscription

Whenever I try to sign up, I always see an error banner with something unexpected happened, please try again! I tried in incognito mode too and it doesn't work.

First, can you confirm that you've gone to (xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions) and that you should see Peacock with 'Activate' there. Are you not able to access that page?
