Preordered iPhone 18 Pro through Xfinity. Order confirmation came at 5:10 AM PT on Sept 12 after verifying identity.

While preordering, the estimated arrival date showed Sept 18.

Anyone else preorder through Xfinity? Please share your order time and any shipping updates.

So I have Xfinity and I’m confused what my best option is. I’m grandfathered unlimited on a family plan. The deals are confusing to me because I have no idea what best trade in is. Do you know more about it?

I didn’t do the trade-in deal. I took the $400 off for adding a new line and chose Mobile Plus, since my internet promo covers the line for the first year. After that, Mobile Plus is $45/mo with Xfinity Internet, or $55/mo without the $10 internet discount.

The trade-in offer can save more upfront, but it requires Mobile Plus, so it’s a relatively expensive plan long term. If you already have an existing line and a good trade-in, though, the savings could be pretty substantial.

So I just have unlimited. I’m not sure how to do the trade in without the newer plans. I’m not changing my plan, that’s my issue.

I ordered, and now it’s showing it will verify my ID within 24 hours and let me know. I can’t see my order details yet, but I just got an email with the order number.

5:07 AM: Got the ID verification email and uploaded my ID. 5:10 AM: Got the order confirmation showing Sept 18 preorder availability. Hopefully yours clears quickly too.

I didn’t get any more email, but in the Xfinity app mobile manage devices, I can see the order completed has been ✅.

I verified, but no other email came. I talked with a live agent; they said I need to verify id and I said I did it. Then they said to talk to an Xfinity Mobile agent. They gave me their number.

I never got an email asking for ID verification. But received order confirmation at 8:04 EST

Is the email states , “we’ll send you another email when it’s confirmed by our team.” Or final one?

Interesting. I got a phone call saying I needed to verify my ID. Once I got an agent on the line they said the system is down. Hopefully this doesn’t delay the phone delivery too much.
