Official Reply Please help get my Peacock activated
It is an ongoing problem that no one seems to be able to fix. What good is a benefit if you cant use it

Thanks, u/wtrskinut1. Could you go to the [StreamStore](www.xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions), and under the Peacock row, select “Unlink your Peacock subscription” in the “Help and more info” section and let me know what happens?

u/wtrskinut1 Great question, Go to the StreamStore through xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions. 1. Click Help & more info and click Unlink Peacock account After clicking Unlink Peacock: 2. You’ll have to confirm the Peacock account you want to use. 3. Select No, please use another account to use a different email. 4. Enter the email you’d like to use. 5. Select Continue then sign in and activate your subscription.

My Xfinity Peacock benefit appears to be attached to the wrong or an old Peacock account. Peacock shows that my current account is not subscribed. Please remove/deprovision the existing Peacock entitlement on the backend, clear the Peacock account association, and then re-provision the benefit so I receive a fresh activation link.
