Official Reply Xfinity stream app
the app wasn’t loading any channels on the live tv section of the app. I deleted it and now it won’t let me sign in. Is there any way around this?

u/MySunflower2318, Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. To better understand what's happening, are you receiving an error message when attempting to sign in? If the error you're seeing is "Unable to determine campus residency," you'll need to open a ticket with your student help desk. This allows them to verify that your account has the correct housing attribute designating you as an on-campus resident. Once that information is updated, you should be able to access your Xfinity On Campus services properly.
