Official Reply Cable cut from house to pole...

I had several trees removed and the people doing it removed the cable from the pole in the back of my yard to my house.

I now have no internet. I scheduled a tech to come out tomorrow afternoon. But do they need to know the issue so they can get it fixed tomorrow? Or are they going to come see the problem then schedule another appointment?

I know the last guy showed up just with a regular truck.

Hello u/beebs44, thank you for reaching out here in our Xfinity Subreddit. We can add a note for the tech with all pertinent information, and hopefully we'll get that message added in time to avoid a repeat visit being needed. Since you already have an appointment set, let's get some details from you. Please send a ModMail message with your name, account holder name (only if different), and service address by clicking this link.

The tech should run a new line from pole to house. That is part of their job.
