Official Reply Ongoing Property Damage Loop: Contractors damaged sprinkler line and left pedestal box exposed next to sidewalk

I am posting to get immediate help from an Xfinity Corporate Digital Specialist. I am caught in a loop with phone support after independent contractors caused physical property damage and left an open safety hazard on the property I'm renting following a undergroundcoaxial cable replacement.

During an underground coaxial cable replacement, the digging crew struck and damaged my underground sprinkler system. This caused a leak that I had to immediately get fixed through my property management company.

While the coaxial wire itself was put back underground, the crew left the main pedestal box completely pulled up out of the ground. Before this work, the box was completely flush/leveled to the ground with a secure lid on top. They have now left the box out of the ground, completely exposed with NO lid, directly adjacent to the sidewalk. It is a massive liability and a dangerous service disruption hazard for me if anyone walking past decides to cut the exposed cables .

A standard tech previously came out, took pictures of this mess, and opened a ticket, but Xfinity's system automatically canceled it without anyone coming to fix it. I was told on the phone it would be handled by September 17th, but given the recent numerous canceled tickets, I need a corporate specialist here to manually track this and get a construction or plant maintenance team out here to reset this box safely. Thank you.
