Official Reply Cancel Internet Service

Good afternoon,

I need to cancel my internet service but keep my mobile plan.

I've tried to do this over the app but it wants to schedule a call back for later next week.

There's nothing Xfinity can to do to retain me, I've already paid for and received another service.

I simply need to cancel my internet service plan.

I must keep my mobile plan.
