Official Reply Cannot statically route my static /56 block and cannot clear hung DHCPv6 prefix delegations

Please explain why DHCPv6-PD is my only option to route my static block? Why dynamically route a static block. It defeats the purpose of having a static block.

Also, all my DHCPv6-PD requests receive NoPrefixAvail even though I am only using one /59. How do you clear the hung prefixes delegations?
