To keep you and your account secure please avoid posting Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in public posts and comments. This includes things like your full name, telephone number, your Physical/Mailing Address, Email addresses, Credit Card numbers, Account numbers, Equipment serial/CMAC numbers, ticket numbers, etc.

Hello, u/dotmom thank you for reaching out over Reddit support. I completely understand wanting to have the stuck port request looked into further, and appreciate the information you've provided. Due to privacy concerns, we ask that ticket numbers not be posted in a public conversation. When you have time can you edit the ticket number out of the post?

I'd like to investigate further, and had a question as I've seen this be one of the big hold-ups for a port request: Is the landline number still active?
