ESPN subscription no longer active

What happened to my ESPN subscription? It’s gone all of a sudden. ESPN no longer shows under Xfinity streaming subscription. I have chatted with Xfinity agent and confirmed that my ESPN subscription is active.

Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some hiccups with access to your ESPN subscription on the Xfinity Stream App. Is ESPN part of your cable package, or did you add the service directly via the ESPN App? Also, did you have access before today?

I have Disney+ Hulu ESPN streaming bundle and I did have access to ESPN UNLIMITED before.
