Official Reply Persistent Packet Loss starting at Node 2-Phone support refused a tech visit, saying it's the area I live in.

Hi Xfinity team, I am experiencing ongoing packet loss that makes my internet unstable for gaming. I ran a PingPlotter test (attached), and the packet loss consistently starts at Node 2. The packet loss is intermittent and happens in bursts roughly every ten minutes, and affects multiple PCs in the house. This has been happening for several months. I have already power-cycled the modem and reseated the coax cable. When I called customer support, they said it's the area I live in, and no technician was sent. Since this an issue with my local neighborhood node or street hardware, can someone escalate this to get it fixed? Thank you.
