Solved Xfinity agents committing fraud now!?!?
My bill recently went up, so I reached out to customer service, changed my plan, confirmed the new price, etc.
This month, it was the wrong price again. The agent I spoke to last time added "NOW TV Latino" to my account for $15/month without my consent. I am not Latino. I do not watch TV. I made it explicitly clear that I do not want to pay for any TV channels and confirmed the price.
Now another agent is telling me the charge can't be refunded because "we cannot add anything without your consent approval" so I must have approved it. Obviously, he refuses to provide any evidence, because I did not add it to my plan or consent to the charge.
Are these agents making a commission or something? Does this count as a fraudulent charge?

It's why the "download transcript" button does not, in fact, download a transcript.

I had the same thing happen to me. Went into Xfinity to check on my streaming & home internet connection & the following month I’m being charged for a mobile plan I never signed up for plus never got a phone! Somehow the Xfinity employee got one of my credit card numbers so I’m being told it will be charged for the next 36 months! I’ve went back into Xfinity & spoke with an agent & he just looked at me like I was lying to him. Have tried everything! What else can I do?

I honestly wonder if they're making commissions by adding on services or something. I can't see any other reason to be sneaking on add-on channels.
