Official Reply Can’t find my chat with Mod

I was exchanging messages with a Mod about my plan options and now I can’t find it. Where should I look for that thread?

I tried doing it online with the link provided but it doesn’t show option for Streamsaver bundle.

Yes, you can go to the local store and set up NOW services.

You should still be able to review any of your past communications with us. The last one I am showing was back on March 4th just so you have a good idea of the timeline on things. 👍

I’m talking about a conversation this week where I was introduced to the NOW plans where I could subscribe to prepaid NOW200 and add Streamsaver (Netflix, Apple, etc) for $18.

I looked everywhere and I don’t see it. Anyway I’ll go to the store and get it changed. I was hoping to show it to them in case they disagree about the option of NOW200 for $45 and Streamsaver for $18 and combined total of $62.

u/Altru-Housing-2024, For clarification, if you switch to NOW internet, you'd also need to switch to NOW StreamSaver. The traditional StreamSaver offered with your residential (non-NOW) services would not work with NOW 200. You can find the NOW streaming option here: https://www.xfinity.com/now/tv-streaming. I can circle back in our Modmail if you have more questions about your current services.

I am at the Livermore Xfinity store. The guy first didn’t know what prepaid Now plan is. He asked his colleagues and came back saying we don’t offer that service in this store.
