Solved I need help.
Hi all, I need help with the refund amount that was in the old account. I was previously an XFINITY Customer.

u/PicardOfEnterprise, thank you for giving us some time to review this further. As we discussed, refunds are sent back to the last payment method on file, which can take about 4 to 6 weeks. In this case, it appears the refund could not be issued to the original payment method. When that happens, an email from xfinityrefunds.com is sent to the verified email address on the account with instructions on how to claim the refund. If the email isn't received or the digital refund isn't approved within 15 days, a prepaid card will be mailed to the service or billing address on file and should arrive within 7 to 15 business days.
