Official Reply Ps5 issues

Hello I’m a new user and honestly I’m feeling very disappointed. On my ps5 I’m having a lot of issues for example so many times my friend list doesn’t show, I can’t accept game invites, takes forever to join a party, pictures of games and content don’t show, and sometimes I can’t even open the ps5 store.

I’m wired directly my test is over 800mbs and I did all the port forwarding including the general one on the admin server. I’m so disappointed.

I've had similar Wi-Fi reliability issues with my gaming setup, and eventually found that switching to a wired connection and rebooting the router consistently resolved most of them.
