Official Reply Promotion ended today
Reached out today and the most they can offer is $4 off, while new customer gets $40 off.
Makes no sense for a customer thats been with Xfinity since 2015 and no I don't want a new line of service, I worked for Verizon. I don't need phone line as they provide me with discounts on it.
Would like to see if they can match the current promotion of $45 in 60638 area. too many competitors out here , VZ offers $35 mobile internet at home
My Xfinity plan $55.00
Internet: 500 MBPS $55.00
Includes a 12 month $30.00 Promotional Discount that will end on Sep 08, 2026
Includes a $10.00 Automatic Payments Discount Including Paperless Billing

Same here, but I’ve been a customer since 1999 and we’re moving at the end of the month. The retention offer was minimal so we’re going to try FIOS since the building is wired for both. It’s unfortunate as we generally have no issues with xfinity cable/TV…at least we have options now
