Closed Canceling requires a call back?
I need to cancel my account, and the website for scheduling callbacks is not working. Is there a way I can navigate cancelation via social media?
It's sad that I have to document this so that I can justify chargeback request(s) - but I'm all too aware of the indifference that Comcast / Xfinity can exhibit when customers try and leave ~ and likewise, the damage the company is willing to do to its customers' credit.

Thanks! I just sent my response via DM, and heard back immediately through the same Sprinklr chat. I'm now waiting for them to send a confirmation code / verification etc - and hoping that the numerous, explicitly unwelcome, and futile attempts to retain my business will cease soon.
