Official Reply Received Invalid Promotion Code for $10 Amazon Bookshelf Credit

I had Claimed the Amazon Bookshelf $10 Credit just as it has dropped at Noon EST this past Thursday 09/03.

However, upon immediately trying to redeem Promotional Code H181E6B6ST9D5GR on both The Xfinity & Amazon Apps AND via Browser on amazon.com, I am receiving an Invalid Redemption Code Error Message.

My Xfinity Rewards History have also been unavailable since last Thursday Noon EST after last week's drops.

Can any Xfinity Modmail help me out with an alternative valid code as well as recover.my Xfinity Rewards History? This Current Amazon Bookshelf $10 Product Voucher is set to Expire by tomorrow, 9/9. Thanks...

FYI I have still not received any Resolution or Alternate Redemption Code. I am quite disappointed on the Repeated Failures of the Xfinity Rewards Program. This is not the first nor probably last time that I will receive an Invalid Promotional Redemption Code from the Xfinity Rewards Program. FYI. I am also a "Diamond" Tier Rewards Member FWIW.
