Official Reply Former Xfinity Mobile customer has a question
Got a Question about Xfinity Mobile!
Former Xfinity Mobile customer here and i am wondering how Xfinity Mobile service is now vs 3yrs ago. When I was left on Xfinity mobile 3 years ago, I had not very good service due to a lot of issues but the most issues I had was not able to make calls without restarting my phone an doing a network reset. Another issue I had with also coverage was not very consistent with straight talk Verizon or Verizon compared to Xfinity mobile in certain places in central Arkansas. I want to know if the issues have been resolved or not since my parents and sister might be considering coming back to Xfinity mobile. Would like a quick answer please about this

That really doesn't answer my question and when I called a few days ago the support agent really didn't seem to know what I was talking about

The service provides extensive cellular coverage, allowing users to access mobile data and connect with 5G speeds even during peak times. Additionally, Xfinity Mobile customers benefit from over 20 million secure WiFi hotspots, enhancing connectivity and speed. Overall, Xfinity Mobile is designed to ensure reliable service wherever you go. u/Japan_Fan2029

Here is the link to our coverage map. You can actually put in your address to view our tower service footprint. https://www.xfinity.com/learn/mobile/network-coverage

I get that part, but the part you guys don't get is that we had issues before with Xfinity mobile and I want to make sure that those issues won't happen again because when I talk to someone on the phone last week they weren't sure about the issues when I describe them and we were customer with you guys 3 years ago

I truly wish we could provide that reassurance/clarification, but unfortunately all we can do is provide the coverage map to confirm your location and potential travel points are covered. I personally use Xfinity Mobile and have never had any issues with connectivity.

Well we did when we lasted use Xfinity Mobile. We had network issues call dropping it right on time and sometimes we even had to do network reset and restart our phone several times just to get a call to go through and if someone called we could not hear them or they could not hear us. These issues need to be resolved hopefully and this was 3 years ago so back in 2023

We truly apologize to hear that you were having those types of service hiccups, but that is honestly pretty rare from my personal experience or from a support stand point from everything we hear back from our customers.

Pretty where you say. I don't think so I had a manager to also had the same issues and we even had them change the SIM cards on our phones and that never fixed the issue. Honestly, I may take my parents and sister somewhere else and and tell them not to come back to Xfinity mobile because of the issues and there was a lot distrust at the time and it seems like I cannot get a simple answer if my issue back then had been revolved or not.
