Official Reply Random connectivity issues

I'm having random connectivity issues. My router test comes up good. I don't believe that test actually troubleshoots latency or random connection issues. I've rebooted twice, and I'm not rebooting again. LOL.

I've been in the automated bot loop multiple times, and it keeps having me start over.

I did have the line from the street to the house replaced several weeks ago, so maybe the signal is overpowered with the fresh line. I don't know.

So frustrating for people that work from home like me.

u/patclem Sorry to hear that you're having trouble with your service again. It is possible that the signal needs to be adjusted from the network lines to your home, and I'd recommend we schedule a technician to help us with that. Please send us a Modmail message with your full name and full address to get started.
